• Lemongrass Spa News

    Hello all! This is Amy.

I just had an e-mail from Ciera asking me to add a post here about Lemongrass Spa. At the top of this page, there is a link to the site Evie had created for her Lemongrass Spa business. Ciera has now taken over her mom's Lemongrass account. So if you've ever ordered anything from Evie by Lemongrass Spa and fell in love with it, you can still get your pampering goodies! Just from Ciera!

Personally, I am thrilled beyond belief to hear this news! If you've never tried any Lemongrass products, I encourage you to! I have SO many Lemongrass products! Some of them that I simply can't and won't live without! Christmas is coming soon and Lemongrass products would sure make fabulous gifts! My absolute favorite product is theSpearmint Eucalyptus Lotion and Massage Bar. If you have dry skin, this is the best cure EVER!

Some of my other favorite products include:

    * Almond Body Butter. This is amazing to use straight out of the shower!

    * Spearmint Lip Balm. This is THE BEST lip balm EVER!

    * Vanilla Latte Body Polish. WOW! 'Nuff said!

Y'all help Ciera out keeping her mom's business going, would ya?! I know she will appreciate it SOOOOOOOO much!

  • Evie

I know some of you have already read this via comments made late last night to yesterday morning's update. But Evie passed away last night. She is no longer in pain. But her family is. Please continue to lift Paul, Ciera, Meleia, Colton, Rohan, Jan, Jeff, David and all the many who dearly loved Evie up. They will especially need our prayers for comfort and peace as the endure the coming days of living without their precious wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend.

From the very bottom of my own heart, thank you all for your continual, fervent prayers for Evie and her family as she battled cancer the past year. I can't tell you how much those prayers have meant to her and her family. "Thank you" seems so insufficient. But I know they have been so blessed by the loving support they've received through the prayers of you all. So thank you and bless you!

  • Tuesday Morning Update

Ms. Jan just called and Evie has made it through another night. It wasn't a good night. They were up with her all night trying to comfort her. She's still fighting. At this point, she's not able to communicate. Ms. Jan said she has things she's trying to say, but can't get her lips to cooperate.

Paul is with her, as are her mom and dad. Please lift up Paul, Ciera, Meleia, Colton, Rohan, Ms. Jan, Mr. Jeff, David and all their extended family for comfort and peace at this time. They are very thankful for the continued prayers.

Thank you all for loving Evie so much and holding up her family in prayer during this time.

  • Monday Update

I spoke to Evie's mom earlier today. Evie is surrounded by many family members. Her mom and dad are with her round-the-clock now. Paul is working really hard to try to get the kids shuttled to and from their activities and school and trying to continue to work and maintain as much normalcy for the kids as possible. Evie's Grandmama had to return home, but will be back with Evie tomorrow. David is planning to be back on Thursday. She is surrounded by love and support.

When I spoke with Ms. Jan, Evie was resting very peacefully. She has not been able to rest well the past few days. So the family has been encouraged to sit very quietly with her and not disturb her.

Please continue to keep Evie and all her family in your prayers. They appreciate it so much!
