An Uber-eerie resemblance
So, Ciera put these two pictures on her MySpace. This one of me at 21, holding her:
So, she put on red lipstick and tucked her hair up to look shorter. The caption under this on My Space is "No, that's my mom in the 90's."
Isn't that one of the scariest things you've ever seen?!?!?!?!
Now, I think she's far prettier than I could ever dream of being, but she really does look like me!
So, my new pillows came that would allow me to move back to the bedroom. But there's a catch. Paul is a light sleeper. And he doesn't want the pump in there until we figure out a way to quiet it some It makes a squeeky noise every 6 seconds as it pumps. He says that he either needs a louder fan, or he needs to spend some time figureing out how to muffle the sound of the pump.
I've gotten used to it, but I understand his point. So, for his Valentine's day gift, I will spend one more night in the easy chair. Goober-man.
OK, meds are kicking in... I'm off to sleep.

Would some background noise help Paul sleep? A sound machine maybe? I have my Klipsch speaker for my ipod in my room, and I run my "sleep" playlist all night - it has subliminal ambient music on it. Hopefully it's not telling me to worship satan, it's supposed to be hypnotizing me to sleep

You are the second xanga mom today I've read talking about the daughter's resemblance. Hmm. Mine is 4, and I can't see it yet....I totally think you are a darling to your Paul. My husband's pump grinds all night long. It's not that bad; it is only for three or four nights every few weeks. But I can imagine asking him to sleep on a chair...NOT! It wakes me up and I have to remind myself it's my friend....Chemo is my friend although sometimes it's hard to keep that in mind

Couldn't Paul wear the little foam earplugs like guys use on construction sites? They'd dampen the noise just enough.
She is gorgeous like her momma! People say Katrina looks like me all the time, but she's so much more attractive I think.
Couldn't Paul try to get used to the noise? I know there are couples who have to learn to get used to those sleep apnea machines. He can try a fan, white noise machine, earplugs. I hope you can get back to bed soon.

Yup she is her Momma's girl!! I was going to suggest earplugs also for Paul.
Well, the other day when Ciera was over she was talking to Mo....... it wasn't so much what she said, as how she said it. I would have sworn that you were standing right there in the kitchen....
What I want to know is who is that good looking guy standing next to you two in the picture??!!! WOW!! R U 2 YOUNG!
